If you see a red screen with any other message, please connect with your exam admin, and ask them to unlock the Safe Exam Browser.
If you see the "Welcome to Pod!" screen, please connect with your exam admin, and ask them to help you.
If the Safe Exam Browser becomes unresponsive or a 404 page, login page, etc., please connect with your exam admin, and ask them to help you.
If your screen freezes while using the SEB application, please connect with your exam admin, and ask them to help you.
- Open Chrome Browser.
- Click on the Extensions icon on the top right and search for the Chrome Remote Desktop in the list.
- Double-click and open it.
- Navigate to the delete icon under “this device” and click “Disable remote connections”.
- Confirm the action by clicking on the “Yes” button.
- Restart the test on the assessment page by clicking on the “Start Test”.
If Safe Exam Browser detects any forbidden applications running, it will ask you to terminate the applications automatically.
Click on the "Yes" button to continue launching Safe Exam Browser after the termination of running applications.
If you want to change the Wi-Fi network inside Safe Exam Browser due to internet issues, follow the below steps
Navigate to the bottom right to the Wi-Fi icon and click on it.
Select the network from the network list shown to you.
Safe Exam Browser requires your system's Camera & Microphone access. If permissions are not already provided it'll prompt an error message for setting system preferences. In this scenario, follow the given steps:
Click "OK".
Allow "Camera" access by clicking "Allow".
Allow "Microphone" access by clicking "Allow".
